How does pricing work?

Our packages are completely customizable to your event needs and vision. We build a quote for you based off 3 main factors: guest count, hours of service and signature cocktail selections. Our packages include anything regarding service including bartenders, all disposables, garnishes, mixers and purees that might be needed to complete your bar menu. Is Alcohol Included?

Accepted Answer

No, alcohol is not included in our packages! By Tennessee State Law, we are not licensed to sell any beverage containing alcohol which includes beer & wine. This is good for you because it actually makes it cheaper! While we are not able to provide the alcohol for your event, our team is happy to help coordinate your alcohol order and delivery with a local liquor store we partner with to give you a discount on liquor and beer/wine selections, taking the task out of your hands and into ours!

Can you have a consultation before signing the contract?

YES! We love chatting with clients to create your custom menu for your event. You will receive a phone call from our sales rep and this will be your opportunity to express your dreams for your mobile bar experience, including menu selections, add-ons and ways to spice up your event.

Question 4

Can I hire Highball without the Trailer?

Accepted Answer

While we prefer to serve mainly events WITH the signature Highball trailer, you can hire us without it. The price will not lessen, however, due to the fact that transportation with the trailer is much easier on our staff due to all of our supplies being stored in the trailer full-time! We are also happy to serve your events partially in the trailer and partially inside your venue if your cocktail hour is outside and your reception is inside.

Mocktails Vs. Cocktails

While we love a good cocktail, we offer mocktail services too! What’s the price difference? The main difference is that you won’t be paying for the additional alcohol! Many of the items included in our customized package pricing like mixers, purees and garnishes are also used to make amazing mocktails that your guests will rave about!
